It’s hard to live up to expectations of a Steven Spielberg alien movie! Sadly, this fell a little short for me. It’s good, just not great…and when you think of Spielberg & a current Close Encounters- you expect great. The story line was interesting and I enjoyed an updated take on how our current world would react to “the truth is out there” but it dragged a little. I didn’t like how it ended- setting up for a sequel maybe (?) but overall I was entertained. 2 watch checks, Ryan would stay awake for it and I think it’s rentable (streamable).
